Cisco

Hello everyone,

I've got three new videos for you to watch.

Cisco, the large networking company, has a Youtube channel set up in which they were requesting people to submit their technology concepts. We were allowed to submit up to three ideas.

Now these are more near term concepts than some of you may familiarize me with (this is because these ideas are ones that Cisco might implement).

Anyway, my first idea is called CPU @ Home - I give a little 'in person video intro' and then use animation to show you my idea of a home technology center. Visit this link at Youtube to watch.

My second idea is a Solar Powered laptop. I give a short and sweet description in this video (with just a splash of special effects): Click here to watch.

My third and final idea is just me in my backyard telling you about eye recognition for use in making computer passwords more convenient: Click here to watch.

These are all for the moment at Youtube. In a few weeks Cisco will pick a winning idea and award 10 thousand dollars. Either way it goes, it will be at that time that I upload these videos to my personal website. Hope you like them!

Update: I didn't win but I had a lot of fun!

Sundance Postcards

In this photograph you see that my postcards that I self addressed and sent with my Sundance short film submissions have been returned to me. The top one was for my Odyssey animation and the second one, was for The Gift, which you can see someone at Sundance actually drew a little smiley face on! The Sundance Film Festival 2008 will be held January 17-27 in Park City Utah. If you don't hear anything more about my submissions, than neither did I! I woke up to a rainy day today, it's a nice change of pace. I hope you all enjoy your weekend!
